Content on this site is provided for information about Brinehaven Quay lodging, dining, baths, and optional evening amenities. You may browse and link to public pages for personal, non-commercial reference.

We strive for accuracy in rates, hours, and programme details, but information may change without notice. Confirmed reservations depend on written agreement with the harbour desk, not on cached web pages.

Reservations & payment

Room bookings are confirmed by the desk after availability check. A card hold or deposit may be required. Cancellation terms are communicated at booking; generally, free cancellation is available until 48 hours before arrival.

Rates quoted exclude applicable taxes and optional fees (late checkout, pet cleaning, day bath passes). Payment is settled at checkout unless otherwise arranged.

Lodge conduct

Guests agree to respect quiet hours, staff directions, and harbour safety rules on the quay. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Damage to lodge property may be charged to the registered guest.

The Anchor Room is optional, 18+ only, and governed by separate house rules posted on site. Management may refuse entry or remove participants who violate those rules or applicable law.

No online gaming

This website does not facilitate internet wagering, account creation for remote play, or transfer of funds for gambling purposes. Any gaming occurs only in the licensed on-premises Anchor Room under local regulation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brinehaven Quay is not liable for indirect losses arising from website downtime, third-party transport delays, or events outside reasonable control (severe weather, harbour closures, etc.).
